1) How do i change or cancel my order?

 a)  If you want to change your order you can send us an email to support@theloggos.com, with the products that you cant to add or replace, before we send you the Shipping Email
 b) If you want to cancel your order you can send us an email to support@theloggos.com, with the necessary informations (name, email, adress, post code, phone, number of order) before we send you the Shipping Email

2) How can i track my package?

When you will receive the shipping email you will also get a tracking number that you can tap it and see where is your order


3) I placed an order but never receiced a Shipping email !

 If you placed an order and you haven't recieved a Shipping email, that happened because we haven't send you the order yet. Be partient and your product will be on the road of your place as soon as possible! If we have late 24 hours and you haven't received a Shiping email please touch us into support@theloggos.com to solve the problem!


4) Why was my order cancelled?

If you received an email for a canceled order it mean's that

a) There is a problem with the product (out of stock)

b) Problem with the delivery proccess
